Hi all,
As some of you know, myself and Martin (Dragonheart) have set up a mobile valeting/Detailing company.
It's been in the pipeline for about a year but we're just ready to launch now, we're based in Limerick but will be operating throughout Munster.
You'll be able to check us out at
MunsterAutoDetail.ie when the site goes live in about a week.
We'll be offering a 10% discount to a few clubs but FTO-Ireland is home so you'll be getting 15%
If anyone has any questions feel free to comment here or send either of us a PM

Finally we get to tell everyone!
Between setting up the business, getting materials, equipment and products, training, etc., its been well over a year setting up!
Like Bernard said, we're offering a larger discount to FTO-Ireland members as this is the site we frequent most, and the site we've met a lot of people off, so think its only fair to give you guys a bit more so to speak.
The web-site should be up and running next week all going to plan, (its well under way as we speak), and the van is kitted out, shelves are full, equipment is fastened down, outside is signwritten, and shes full of diesel ready to roll out!
Just on a side note, even though we will be Munster based, depending on the service required we will be willing to travel outside Munster also, there would be a slight increase in the fee to cover travel costs etc. but it wouldn't be much.
Again, any queries just pm either of us or send us a mail!

Cheers guys.
Ya the main thing is advertising at the start, we have a plan in place for it as we've spent many hours poring over business plans and advertising plans, but obviously the main form of advertising is word of mouth so would appreciate any help in that regard. :)

Woohoo! Congrats guys!
I've been getting bits of info from the guys about this over the last while, and have to say the amount of work going into this venture before even the first car is scrubbed, I mean delicately and attentively restored to better than show room condition, is amazing. Massive effort put in already, and a brave decision for anybody to set up their own business, so best of luck with it!
I know I'll be putting work your way too. Both of you generally have two of the cleanest cars at all the meets, and that was before you had all the professional gear, so I'll be more than confident leaving my car in your hands.
Can't wait too see the results!

Best of luck with it guys - will it be the two of ye travelling around in the same vehicle or will you have two of them running simultaneously ?
Any chance you could get a placeholder page with your cool new logo up on your website ? Then people can start travelling there in anticipation of your launch.

At the moment Kace it'll be the 2 of us in one vehicle, but hopefully when things start getting a move on then its likely there will be a second van.
I see what you're saying about the placeholder page and the reason we didn't put one in is that the name of the site isn't out there yet so this is the only place that its been mentioned, its hopefully going to be fully functioning next week so we didn't see the need. Might suggest it though. Thanks.

Its not up and running as yet Richard, we were hoping it was going to be done a couple of weeks ago but there has been a bit of fine tuning and alterations making sure its as we we want it. Fingers crossed it'll be finalized this week.
We wanted to wait till the site was up and running before putting prices up but we may put them up here beforehand for ye anyway. Watch this space.

Really hope you do well - loving the range of services and the pricing..

Thanks Janus, I'll try and load up the pictures larger, I see what you mean, if they were a bit bigger more detail might be evident in the pictures, I was loading them up small at the start for load times sake.
