Nothing strange about the interior, looks like standard facelift spec to me.
Climate control wasn't standard on the GX IIRC....

MAUD im totally confused now , CJ isnt the momo steering wheel and the check cloth effect standard on all facelifts, if not where these left over part from pre face lift, cos any face lift ive ever seen has the spec i stated, having said that any fto i had was a GPX or GPvR not a GX, also thought only GPvR came with this sort of AC?

oh well you learn something new every day....... so its a bog bog bog standard GX

Very basic spec - no climate or even alloys - horrible plastic wheel trims.

The GX (as we all know) is basically a latter day GR, both had very standard baseline spec including steel rims and manual aircon. In saying that, it seems that most Jap owners opted for climate control and alloys - just not in this case!
I've seen that cloth trim in a couple of facelift GX's and GS's, NOI if you've got in it your own motor but I think it looks brutal! Certain late model EVOs had a similar cloth pattern, what where Mitsi thinking of!

seems to me as if they ran out of decent material and found scrag ends to fill orders ,lol........... the low mileage might be down to the fact that the last owner was too embarrassed to drive the car ... due to crap interior...... personally it would make me puke, just my 10 cents worth lol
