Getting stuff over from the UK

Postby JD » Thu Mar 11, 2004 8:58 pm

I've sourced a rear fin and a set of sideskirts in the UK from a private seller (original GPX ones - which is what I want). Does anyone know (If I bye them) what 's the best way to get them over here - has anyone organised a courier for similar size items and any idea on cost or who to contact would be appreciated.

Whether I pursue them will obviously come down to how much I can get them for (which I think will be pretty cheap) and what it will cost me to get them sent over.
Thanks

We pay €95 plus vat per pallet here at work to bring stuff in from the Uk if that gives you any kind of a guide? Sometimes you get carriage cheaper/quicker if you offer to collect it at their depot in Dublin or where ever the nearest one to you is.

Cheapest I ever seen was two bucket seats from deemon tweaks in a huge box and the carriage was just £25.

JD, get the seller to send it over via Parcelforce , it should probably cost about £30 or so.
