I was only saying to one of the girls in work yesterday that I'm not at all ready for it this year!
If I wrote to government or something would thay postpone it for another 2 months?
Look's like I WILL BE MOVING INTO MY NEW HOUSE XMAS WEEK!!! If i'm luck that is, things aren't looking good prob be after xmas some time in late Janurary!

nowadays looks the religious mean of Christmas is not as strong as it was
i love Christmas ...
remembers me of my family ,loads of snow and good old smell of the Christmas tree.

I agree I LOVE Christmas! But i feel this move will ruin my christmas, would love to be in and sorted for next week but we prob wouldn't get the keys til Mid December, I prob wouldn't be able to get up my tree util the 23rd!!!

I feel for ya Marie but think of being able to wake up on xmas day in your own house - nothing better

Shops shouldn't have decorations or christmas music playing yet, ITS NOT EVEN DECEMBER!!
I like Christmas as much as anyone else but the 4 weeks of December is more than enough for it. Start it too early and it's spoiled by the time it actually gets there.

A house down by me in ballincollig had 2 christmas trees up at the start of november, down on the kilumney road, you might have seen it kevin if you pass that way some evening?

No, it's usually this time the past few years AFAIK.
The lads from top gear are on it, and thats all that matters.
The fun is gone out of xmas now, it's all starting too early.
