I assume you mean it's not working and you need help? Can you elaborate on the problems your having? Leaking? Not opening? etc.. Then we might be able to help.

and plastic track mechanism is broken

Camskill also sell the frame that holds the sunroof - http://www.camskill.co.uk - its not shown on their website but I know that they can get them - try giving them a phonecall. The plastic bits of this tend to wear down especially now that the FTO's are getting older. If you are looking to open the roof try guiding it with your hand from underneath and once open you will be able to see (from the top of the FTO looking down) the bolts that hold down the sunroof frame to the roof. Its a very easy job to change.
