whats missing??? fog light lamp holder??

Tryin to sort out my fog lights as the importer has made a balls! when I got my car the indicators were in the fog light holders and the fog lights unused. what a twat
I have moved the indicators to their rightful home and on tryin to reinstate the foglights there seems to be somehin missin? can anyone tell me what I am missing, a picture would be great! Don't know if this picture will work if not you can view it in my album I hope

Wheres the earth connection? Looks like half of the bulb holder is missing.

I think they may have discarded the bulb holder to make room as they had the indicators in the fogs slot and the fog cap on top of that, if you know what i mean? If anyone could post a picture of what I'm missing would be a great help. Does anyone have or know of where I can get this missing part????

Car was imported in 2003 and I'm the 3rd owner since then. Musn't have bothered any of them enough to sort it or they hadn't the sense to know any different. I'm tryin to get the car as near perfect within reason.
