Gpvr hid alignment

I just replaced my standard ballasts and bulbs for a 50w hid kit. My question is do I need to align them and if so how? I'm hoping I do as I'm not impressed with the amount of light coming from them.

No, the alignment is set by turning the adjusters on the back of the lights that then moves the insert in the headlight. just changing a bulb you don't disturb that.
