97-D blue (possible respray) with graphics on the side, heading in Carlow direction around 2.20 this afternoon, anyone here?

there was definitely red on the graphic, but I'm not sure if it was fire, or if there were any more colours on it.
was going fast enough, so was the FTO, so didn't get a great look at it.
