Panasonic to ISO cable needed

Anyone got an ISO to Panasonic lead? the one that runs from the rear of the stereo to the cars wiring loom. The standard Toyota (rebranded Panasonic) unit's lead is wokidy and the speakers are coming on and off. the wires are pretty loose and no attempt to fix it has worked.
