Spare 18" Wheel

Postby ikeane » Wed May 10, 2006 3:27 pm

After reading CJ's 'What to do in case of a breakdown' post and not coming up with anything constructive I copped that I've only a 16 inch spare wheel and there's 18's on my wagon so the question is...where is the handiest place to get a spare 18 incher? :?:

I wouldn't be too worried as long as the rolling radius if the 16" is pretty much the same as the 18's, you'll only end up using it for a day or two at a time.

Ya, as CJ said as your wheels get bigger your tyres get thinner so the overall radius should stay the same and thus the spacesaver & tyre should be the same size as your 18s & tyres.
