FFS! Totally overpriced. Stupid bhp claims on car adverts allways puts me off looking at a car. I'd wonder how a conversation would go with the seller when he tries to explain to me where he got the extra 100bhp?

I rang this lad askin had he the car for sale,

and heres how my few second long conversation because i couldnt stop laughing.

ME) Hey I heard you had a fto for sale.

HIM) Yea man i do,

ME) not so bad how long have you got it

HIM) about 3 months i bought it off a lad in england

Me) so why ya sellin it?

HIM) i bought it in england and now i cant get insured on it.

ME)allright, so what work is done to the car?

HIM) ahh... everything its a full showcar

Me) yea? and what about the engine id say theres some amount of bottom end work done.

HIM) yea shes chipped and all.

(at this point im thinkin the poor lad is soooo stupid)
Me) yea so whats done to get it all its power.

Him) well its fullymodified chipped and induction kit and all. Well its what you call a MIVEC

Me) really?

Him) yea at standard its 220BHP and then the MIVEC kicks in and it shoots all the way up to 300BHP

Me) Allright,

Him) have you seen the car?

AND SO ON AS I SAID ID HAVE A THINK AND GET BACK ONTO HIM
