Scumbag Millionaire

Postby Myfeckin FTO » Mon Feb 21, 2011 2:58 pm

Scumbag Millionaire - a low budget film shot in Limerick which follows a scumbag character who has won the lotto and the chaos that ensues when rival gangs face off for the ticket.

Just a couple of shots from yesterday featuring a few FTOs and several members from this site.

I think these scumbags were just particular about the cars they robbed - maybe they had happened upon an FTO Ireland meet the day before?

Looks good, I'd say theres a few years fightin' experience in that last photo there..

I am a little concerned about the lack of stabby things though, might they be introduced at a later stage?

Seriously tho, cracking selection of vehicles for the occasion. Hope it come out as well as intended!

There is also a knife scene but they can get messy. The main premise here is just to take the lotto ticket from the main character involving a running chase scene and a few scuffles.

Like I said its low budget so don't expect to see an exploding FTO (Bernard ruled out a really good scene involving the FTO and a chain saw).

This will hopefully be entered into a couple of Irish film festivals and they will also stick 20min sections of it up on youtube eventually.

After release at a couple of Irish film festivals it'll likely just hit youtube in sections.

Yeah - its my Murano behind the Zed. Its the mode of transport for the Boss character.

Its been shot in black and white so hopefully with that and the camera angles the mats won't be obvious. Some of the moves couldn't have been done without mats. Perhaps you'd like to volunteer your services for the next day and I'll tell them that you don't require a mat when landing on your head.

Bernard was too hard for mats - he insisted on not needing them - said it was just a regular mornings work for him. Some say the detailing business in Limerick is gang controlled. :smt068
