Thanx for all the replys guys........
But the problem turned out to be something a lot simpler. The wheel was rubbing off the front right mud guard which had a couple of bolts protruding from it
It was poorly lit when I fitted them last nite and and I only noticed this in the cold light of day this morning............. altho they are only millimetres away from the dampers(barely get a paper through there) I think this should pose no problem.
All IN ALL they are a massive improvement over the standard 16" which leave massive gaps in the arches that begged to be filled.
What colour is yours? Might be one of these that me or someone I know spots around regularly...
Mine is black ..................... like a child I went straight to the spotted section and I beleve you sighted me one morning at 9am back in Feb by the airport roundabout has I work in the business park there.
I 've probably seen urs around as well Kev
with your size wheel it likely needs to be at least a 35 offset.
I checked this and they are an offsett of 40
So for example if you are running a 42 offset you will need to get your hands on some 7mm spacers.
Do you reckon i need spacers with a 40 offset or am I safe enough?
