Time has come to sell on the GX, will buy an FTO again but just want to experience something different for a while, Advertised at €1300 but will let go for cheaper, Timing belt and other belts as well as new brake discs all done July last year, this week was in for a service with Paul Nolan and got the front and rear spark plugs done as well as the Automatic gear box oil and filter, both Xenon's bulbs changed. There is Tax until June and NCT until May. Best car I have owned so far.

yeah I can say its a great car, but with the skyline coming I need the room.
I want to try something different and the skyline will be as different as it gets being a Turbo RWD heavey car compared to the lightweight FWD FTO, but at the back of my mind I am also thinking 'maybe but this is a mistake' maybe the FTO is actually a better drivers car and I should just keep it' I wont know until I drive another car. From what I have read a lot of people end up missing their FTOs and end up buying another one.

I am sure I will too(id say a GPX next time). I can say the FTO is ultra reliable, fast and when I go into the car park to drive home I feel proud I have the best looking car there(RTE's Carpark that is).

So far I have got a few test pilots, a few offers to swap for BMW's(yes a few) even though I said no swaps in the ad and a text offering 700 pick up today which I ignored. Since driving I have noticed a litle play in the steering wheel so took the car to Paul who told me the front inner CV boots, inner tie rod and gaitors need replacing, so more money into the car, I would say €850 to a club member as it is. Still has the few months NCT and TAX on it.

lol, i hadnt intended on buying any more, but my sister needed a car in a hurry, so i got this for her.
However she thinks its to flashy for her now!!
Im going to give her my 94 fto.
I will do the few jobs as outlined by chris.
Also need to replace the front exhaust section as it is very noisy.
It is blowing badly from the flexi section on the front pipe.

Will sell it on when i have these jobs done.
Give us a shout if interested.

Passengerside inner cv boot replaced,
Driverside inner cv boot replaced,
Passengerside shock replaced,
Passengerside droplink replaced,
Passengerside steering rack boot replaced.

Headlight Alignment done.

You should mention it comes with replacement backrest trims

and remove the old pictures with the veilside spoiler as I think it will confuses new buyers, it also mentions when the timing belt was done in the engine bay and the auto fluid was changed during the service. Good luck tomorrow.

Gerry surely that machine in its condition is worthy of a slightly higher price tag? Even a few 100 for negotiating. Seems like massive value to me, but obviously you know the market better than most.

Yea Kris im going bump up the price by a few hundred now as that was the price to allow for negioation prior to it having nct.
Have new add on donedeal, will put up link.
Changed the wheels on it also as the tyres that were on it were borderline fail and i didnt want to take the chance going to nct.
