The GR is still possibly the same or quicker than the GPX up to 120 kms or so. I raced a 1998 manual GPX (on private roads  ) with performance exhaust etc and I had absolutely no problems keeping up and I have very heavy wheels that add about 80 kilos! So lads the GR isn't that's bad! (Bracing myself from the GPX barage!)

Pretty comprehensive looking in that video, the fto is languishing back with the civic vti :(

For what its worth, those sir-g integras are very underrated machines and would give a gpx manual a serious run for its money, very close setup to the typeR, just milder cams, slightly different gear ratios and a small bit heavier. I wouldnt say the gr would be anywhere near it to be honest.

Don't believe that an SiR Integra would give a manual GPX a run for its money - if you actually look at the times at the end of the above video you will find that there is a levin and a Civic SiR also in that race which are so far back they are out of sight of the FTO. The Civic SiR was 3.5 secs slower per best lap than the FTO.

The Integra Type R however is a MUCH more focused track weapon than an SiR - Civic or Integra.
