Was watching come dine with me the other day and found out what a welsh rare bit was, Les Battersby made it. Its a topping made from milk, cheese, worchester sauce and a few other bits. I always thought it was a lump of beef or a really fit welsh girl. (I'm not suggesting good looking welsh girls are rare, thought I should point that out before we went any further).

Hiya...not,been on here for a while! Weshrarebit is a welsh cullinary delight, but I rather use the term for fit wesh girl....rare bit! BTW....sorry if anyone spot me and I don't acknowledge them.....that car makes me such a poser! I still love her as much as I ever did. The feeling never goes lol!!!
