MAF cleaning?

Anyone used this stuff http://cgi.ebay.ie/MAF-cleaner-Mitsubis ... 240%3A1318 is it any good?

Oh..! And where exactly will I find my MAF? :?

I wouldn't waste uour money Gfalls, you can clean the MAF sensor using any form of alcohol base and a cotton bud (just be careful).
