I'd say not, used to see a few on ftooc, but haven't seen any now in ages.

Anyone know if any of these found their way into Ireland?

Haven't seen an anniversary edition FTO in Ireland - there are quite a few in the UK. They are pretty much the same spec as a GPX - the main difference being that they are yellow which isn't a particularly good colour for an FTO. I certainly wouldn't pay more than normal GPX money for one.
