I really hope you can get yourself sorted Chris, if not for you, do it for your daughter.

Sounds like you are still hitting it hard.
Its not going to be easy - but it has to stop.
You just get the one shot at life - don't f*** it up.

Often one of the hardest part to solving any probllem is finding the cause of it, you've done that bit so really make the effort give it up. It'll be worth it.

I know this sounds like a bag o'sh..e but..

brew yourself a BIG pot of tea...finish it off on your own, if somebody else want's a cuppa brew another pot.

Once you've got 5-6 mugs of tea in you - you defo wont fancy a beer.

Alocohol can be a b.stard to get out of your life - but it'll be worth it.

I really do hope this works out for you mate, I've seen drink distroy a few lives. The fact that you can say it out in the open is a huge step. Ususally is stays behind doors, and can be hidden surprisingly well, but this normally just leads to it getting worse. I hope you find that there is support out there when you're able to admit you need help.
And don't look back! :)
