Rob, you gotta out up the price, links to pics, spec etc as someone new to the forum who might be looking to buy will not have a clue what car it is.....

Good luck with the sale Rob, both Adrian and I looked after it well prior to your period of ownership and I'm sure its still in tip-top condition...

It says manual in the main ad, but in the discription at the bottom it says auto/tiptronic.
Maybe it has two gearboxes.

All I'll say is I'm assessing my options  - I'm gonna be car shopping shortly (the RRS goes to the missus) and its either another Zed or a project car.

Anyone have a contact number for Rob?
Had a look at this today.(as its just beside me) He must have had a tip in it coz the front bumper isn't flush and on the driverside, where the bonet meets the light the gap is bigger than the passenger side. The light seems to be sitting in further than it should be. It has some nice features though.

I think it's with that Yomax crowd.. saw it advertised by them recently. Before buying the FTO i testdrove one of their cars..I forget his name but the bloke I was dealing with wouldn't budge on the price.. so in the end I walked away..

4 months later, I checked... they still had the car..

and it was still a banger - really glad I didn't buy it..

I do remember him being fairly sound though, let me take the car for a spin on my own and all.

Thats the place alright. Rob traded it in off a BMW so its on offer for 3950 off them. He didn't say he'd come down any on it but I was in a hurry (30 min for lunch) and didn't really haggle. I said I'd get back to them when my insurance claim was settled if he still had it then. Was thinking more of getting a manual so I've not decided what I'l do. As I said it needs a bit of TLC at the front bumper and light, not much but it did slightly put me off.

Maybe approach them and ask for a trade sale, or are they offering any kind of warranty on it as it stands?
