arial needed badly

hi peeps. its always the same, i get one thing fixed in my car and another one comes along and kicks me up the backside. was puttin my motor thriugh a car wash today and totally forgot about the arial being up. only noticed it when i was checking how clean she was when the arial was bent back facing me its totally ruined. i was wondering where i can get another one id imaging steelroe is my best bet how hard are they to take off and put on. thanks peeps
