new battery

i need to get a new one as the existing
dies if i leave it sit for more than two days
what type do i need to get
did someone here say you can use a micra battery :!:

anyway ill get one tomorrow im away to jump start now
and go for a super hangover killer fry.

I believe the battery is the same as for the micra. Best advice would be to bring the old unit with you to the shop. That way you can be sure it's the same physical size, and that the poles are in the same place, etc so a simple case of direct replacement. If you want to go upgrading the battery then thats a different story.....
BTW you sure it's the battery at fault and not the alternator? Do you know how old the current battery is?

ive had the car a year with the same battery
no idea how old it is. it looks fairly knackered.
how do i check if it the alternator or not.
