hoping to change both the oil and auto gearbox fluid the weekend, along with the spark plugs aswell. lookin to see whats the best grade oil to fill them both back up with? and would it be worthwhile changing the coolant while at it?

you'll also need a filter for the auto trans fluid. ( part:MD752072)
fluid has to be Dextron III rated.

You will need
7litres of dextron 111 fluid if you drain it overnight .
Or 5 litres aprox if you just give a quick drain.
Overnight drain is the best for empting the box completely.

Engine oil you will need 5 litres aprox of 5w 40 performance oil.
both the fluid and oil can be a bit expensive but it well worth putting in the best.
