Oil Filter Tool

Postby soc » Wed Jan 07, 2004 6:31 pm

Anyone know where I could get my hands on a filter tool - the tipbox filter looks like it is in a b**tard of a place to get at and could be difficut to get off. When I did my first oil change I just stuck a screwdriver through the engine oil filter to screw it off..... not sure there is room to do that to the tipbox filter.

You'll need a suitably sized adjustable wrench to clamp onto the filter, any hardware will stock them.
