NCT tomorrow, loud exhaust an issue?

I have my nct tomorrow, and as above, does anyone know if they can fail you on a loud aftermarket exhaust? It was on the front page of a Cork paper (Echo) a few weeks ago that they were bringing it in.
Fully functional White GPvR....

Safe at the moment Chris I think, its the emissions are the only thing that could catch you presently.
