1993 Honda Civic SiR

Postby roykeane » Sun Jan 29, 2006 3:15 pm

I know, I know. A Honda?

But seriously guys/gals, a mate had this in the appropiate places to sell and was let down by a tyre kicker. So here goes.

Light blue in colour
Spoon Carbon Fibre Bonnet
Rear Carbon Lights
16" light weight alloys
Clifford Immobiliser
N.C.T 03/07
Tenzo R seats, drilled and grooved discs, steering wheel, carbon pedals, carbon fibre dash. De Cat stainless steel exhaust.
Very clean example. Capable of 145 mph.

So folks, any interest, you know where to get me

If I'm not mistaken, I think Kace is referring to the price. Personally, I think its a little on the high side myself, even with all of the aftermarket bits....

The price is high and the bloke who is selling it knew that putting it in for the obvious reason that it will drop when meeting a potential buyer. My own opinion to the vendor was to revert the car back to a 'stock' car and sell the extras seperately. Which as you can see he completely decided not to do. He's waiting to sell this one in order to get a EVO. Believe it or not he has two viewers this week for it. God bless the Autotrader and all who sail on her.

I genuinely myself would not go near it either for a shade of that money but obviously there are those who will and do. It kind of ties in with the debate that we saw on the blue fto in carzone. My guess is someone very young will buy it with not much savvy. The vendor is trying to realise what he put into it and a few bob profit too but I firmly believe he knows he won't get anything like €8k for it, (even though he had a deposit paid for it at €7.5k before the guy got out on the excuse of insurance). But ya never know
