Yeah - but no..

I'm thinking proportions here.. I wouldn't be willing to stick a big fin on the top of my car - and it would need to be big to create any kind of Vortex - especially given the the molecular desity of air (a gas) is much smaller than that of water (a fluid)..
Those wuzzy little plasticy tat rubbish things yer man is selling at the ebay link wont do f.all - other than deplete you wallet and make you car look like a balding porcupine.

I rate these as highly as the +20bhp 3gbp resistor tuning module.
You'd get as much vortex but putting a sticker on the side of your car with the words "Vortex Type R Turbo 5speed Mega 400bhp Death Ray Diesel Laser" Printed on them..
