I am thinking of getting the HKS Kansai front bar but i was thinking of modifying it would anybody be able to give me a rough estimate of how much it will cost?
What i would like to do is fill in those holes at the bottom of the front bar on both sides like this:

Is it possible?

I would say it would be cheap enough to fill the vents (fibreglass, filler, sanding), you would most likely have the entire bumper resprayed.

You'd want to find a good bodyshop to fill a vent that size without risk of cracking etc further down the line especially considering its location.

I reckon the labour to fill, mould, spray etc will work out more expensive than the initial cost of the bumper.

Personally quite like these but for the majority of members you'd also need matching bonnet and boot, roof skin etc to avoid looking like a half arsed crash repair.

Guys, he's talking about filling the small vents at the side of the bumper (photoshopped out, look closely). A fill and respray shouldn't cost big money.
