Engine bay looks abit tatty. Would be good if he had 4 wheels instead of 3 when he was taking the pics

Probably still less horsepower than a GPX though would it? Can't really see the benefit of turboing a GS when a GPX could be bought for cheaper than the cost of trying to put in a turbo.

I'd be concerned about the SOHC being able to handle a turbo?

it would of been easier to stick a GSR engine in i would of thought

id say it has quicker acceleration(pulling off from stopped position) than a gpx no?

i'd go for the GPX anyday, chances are the 1.8 turbo would wheel spin on launch then bend a valve in second gear ha ha, redline the mivec all day and not a bother on it :smt002

I'd be inclined to agree, I remember looking at power gain figures for the GS turbo kit, the torque figure was higher than the GPX, power was somewhere in the region of 180bhp. I'm sure it was discussed on the forum before a number of years back.
