In a word, no. The FTO is MUT-II, not OBDB-II so the OBDB-II tools won't work on the FTO.

Check out the data loggers group buy on FTOOC. I know they're calling it OBDB-II in the header but its an OBDB-II tool adapted to work on MUT-II from what I can make out.
