Hey im looking to get some oil for the car after its been broke in.
The cars not going back on the road and only used for racing. So dont want anything thats too thin and will evaporate too easy under racing conditions.

What would you reccomend?

Well im doing all i can to geep the engine temp down but im not sure.
Im guessing that it could see temps of up to 70 degrees maybe but im not sure.
I think normal opperating temp for a mivec as about 45

Are you sure? You want it to get hotter than that, ideally around 100C. Go for a good 10w-40

Dan - You'll be seeing oil temps on track of a lot more than 70C. You'd see that on the road.
I presume you have a thermostatic oil cooler - at what temps has this been set to kick in?

In my SC Zed normal running oil temps were 70-80C (depending on time of year) - no oil cooler needed.
On track these temps rose to 100 - 130 C - oil cooler very much needed. Having said that an excellent quality oil (I used Motul or Silkolene/Fuchs from oilman) will happily operate at this range of temps.
