Folks,
Does anybody know anything about these, I just need to know can they be configured to run Windows applications, from what I've read I'm thinking not but wanted to be sure?

Not a chance of hell in it running Windows. Unless you're a *nix head, I'd give it a miss.

Sunray's are designed to work with Solaris only - bascially you need a solaris box to act as a server which also has to run Sunray software and they're not that easy to configure. I don't know why anyone would want one for home use - they're designed for transaction centres where space and cost might be an issue - lots of flat screen sunrays all connecting into one server running the same apps.
