Stalls at the lights

Everything was fine until yesterday. Came out and the battery barely turning over the car, not enough power to start her up. Jump started her this morning and went out to buy a new battery. She kept stalling when I stopped at lights etc. Got new battery and put it in. Starts up no problem but still staling when I stop, or if I coast . The Alt. is reading half way between 12 and 16 as it always does.

Any ideas. I'm resetting the ICU at the moment, but have a mad amount of work tomorrow and need the car to be reliable.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

JD, get the stepper motor out of there and give it a good clean.
