[EVENT] Custom & Performance Site Battle [2006]

Postby Kruizer » Wed Jul 26, 2006 8:34 pm

Thats right ladies and gents, our favourite sites are as we speak putting teams together to battle it out on the 1/4 mile strip !!!

Teams :
1/ Cruiseirl
2/ Racershaven
3/ DTDirl
4/ Manic Motors
5/ Mitsubishi FTO Owners Club
6/ ISDC

Although its a friendly competition just for the laugh already some big bhp cars have been selected to compete !

Where is this on ? At the Custom And Performance Show on September 10th brought to you by Sleek Fx.

So come along and support your site ;) Any site's wishing to enter please contact me directly:D

Cheers,
Brendan.

1. ikeane

BTW - for those of you that don't want to blast your car down a narrow track theres always the "show & shine" - might make for a good meet if we had our own FTO Ireland corner.

If anyone wants an entry form pm me with your email address and I'll send it on. The entry form is for everyone, whether we do a team thing or not.

The Show & Shine is free whereas the 1/4m drag is €50. There's also a Skills Competition for €30.

I still have to get myself an Apexi PFC ECU and have it mapped, if its done by then, I'll bring it on down.

I'll be more than happy to show... but as the car stands now I'm sure there loads of people faster than me..

Might change my mind and decide to go racing in a couple of days..Will have to go pratice the old gear changing..

Thats the spirit Jay - And you've got an LSD to boot as well - so there'll be no excuses

Had a crackin time at the Racecourse last year - its a VERY well run event.
Not your usual rubbish!

The guys on the 1/4 mile last year were a very good bunch of petrolheads - no eejits - hope its a similar crew this time round.

So is that the team thing out the window? :?
We'd be up against some high bhp cars but participation is whats important.
