think it would be a great feature to the forum, maybe just a general performance modification section!,

I'm not too convinced, the technical queries section already covers most performance related questions. it could be said that any modification be it suspension, brakes or whatever is performance related. A comprehensive "How to" section on the main site would be better IMO.
