Ya, got a mini-itx board, 7" touch screen, hard drive, various bits and pieces, but the board is gone dead, so I think I'll have to get another one.

You looking into it? I'd like to dual boot it Windows & Linux, and Windows only cos I have Windows s/w that'll connect to the car ecu.

Tbh looking at the cost of the individual parts against the price of whole carputers you can get on ebay, I'll prob just get a complete one and stick it in.

I have most of the bits except a touch screen - Am considering selling my dvd-changer to get one.. Just so I can setup wifi - and ftp my music to the car rather than having to burn dvds..

My girlfriend thinks I'm a geek :-D

You're not even trying to argue that one, are you? :P

Paying for the Wilwoods today I think so I'll hold off on doing anything with the carputer for the moment (eek, tax & insurance due in August).
