I don't need the speaker grilles anymore, sorted the rattles in the rear shelf over the course of 2 hours last night!

What did you do? Mine rattles like a rattly thing - cant seem to lock it down..A couple of my "poppers" have gone.

What new bumper have you now got on Seb?

bumper has a small damage on driver's side( see pic).
will load a propper picture with it ( it's not cracked all the way)

as for the new bumper .. still pre-facelift :?

I have Fusion 6*9's in the back with tweeters that stick up to almost as high as the original grilles.
Image
I got a block of foam and cable tied (!) it around the top part, so that there's pressure between the tweeter mount and the Mitsu speaker grille (not blocking the sound or anything) I mounted the speakers using double sided sticky foam tape and heavier bolts to eliminate any rattles from the metal shelf, I also packed foam behind the panel that covers the rear seat belts, as these are rattly, I also pop-riveted this panel and the parcel shelf in a few places as well as putting foam between anywhere where plastic and metal meet. The difference is huge, I can now turn the volume all the way up without hearing rattles from the back! I also took the opportunity to wrap the hooks the back seat hangs off (near the parcel shelf) in insulating tape to get rid of the occasional creaking the metal-on-metal causes.

I only did these jobs cos there are 3 people seeing the car! typical.

Sounds like a good solution :-)

I'll try some foam - right after I get my exhaust sorted - again...

Those front Calipers could come in handy for me. How much would they cost?
