Sign up to an image hosting site such as http://www.imageshck.us , http://www.tinypic.com or http://www.photobucket.com , upload your pics there are copy the URL (link) of the picture and paste into the forum.

Note: Pictures uploaded to the Album must have a resolution lower than 1024x 768 and be less that 256kbyes in size.

2. If you want to place one of your pictures in a thread, copy the link URL and place it into your post, highlight the link and then click on the Img button underneath the subject bar, this places image tags around the link and displays the picture in your post.

View in post will look like this:

Hi again how do I copy the link URL I ahve some picturs to insert into a
message.

Copy your URL into the post, highlight it and click on the 'Img' button above the text field, this will wrap the URL and disply the picture in the forum, it will look something like this (minus the full stop at the end).
