Shiny Dashboard..! (Another Pic.)

Postby gfalls » Mon Feb 16, 2009 9:53 pm

Thought it was about time to brighten up the interior. I know this isn't everyones cup of tea, but I like it. Got them sprayed professionally. Did some computer work for the guy and it didn't cost me a penny.

Bit of Autoglym and a polish..

All ready to go back in tomorrow. I'll post a pic then as well...!

Looks much better in the flesh than in the pic..

Should be interesting to see what it looks like installed... would go well with black & white leather(ette) seats methinks...

Looks nice. Was thinking of getting a few bits sprayed myself, the stereo/gear surround and the bit around the vents and clock/volt meter.
It'l be nice to see it all installed, I'l have a look at it down in wexford it might give me a few ideas. Any idea how much the guy would charge to do it? Does he need any electrical work done???

He said it should have been around €100+VAT. That included baking overnight as well..!

Jesus thats not bad considering how good the finish is. I dont think I'd even be getting as much as you done. I want to get leatherette seat covers and the door cards covered as well. I'd be afraid too much silver would be a bit OTT.
It'll be a few weeks before I do it. I still have to pay the VRT so thats gonna drain the funds. About €700 I was told
