Which Oil?

Just picked up an oil filter to do a service on the GS. They gave me a 6A12 filter and said that fits the 4g93 SOHC as well?

Main question though is which oil should i use for the service i was thinking Duckhams 15w40 Mineral oil. thats wat i was told to use on the 4g92 Mivec i had before

I use motul 10w40. But I do a lot of track days.
