Hi,

Anyone know what the KG weight of the Driver / passenger seats are standard?

it takes 10 mins to take them out weight them and put them back :lol:
btw r u changing your seats?

Wait til MfFTO is back from his honeymoon, I'd be willing to bet he had the seats out on a bathroom scales at some stage ;)

Considering putting the original version R seats up on EBay and getting something else....
Sure will wait and see what myfto has to say..

Sure taken them out a drive around for a bit - see if it give you any performance gain..

I drove around my estate without mine is - good fun - speed bumbs are a bit sore tho..

They're very heavy buggers thats for sure!
Especially the mounting frames.
I reckon I shaved at least 15-20kgs from the weight when I switched to lighter frames and seats. Just try shedding that from your person! - You'd have to cut off a leg or something! :lol:
