The DMS range of Varley Red Top Batteries for Race and Rally cars employ pure lead technology and were originally used to start fighter aircraft engines. DMS Red Top batteries have a high resistance to shock and vibration makes them ideal for race and rally cars. Varley batteries are lightweight, maintenance free and flame retardant and have an exceptional high discharge capability (up to 2000 Amps instantaneous current). Vehicles which run alternators should ensure that the charge provided is a minimum of 14.4 Volts. Varley Red Top batteries should also be protected from vibration.

DMS offer an 8Amp charge for all the DMS Red Top batteries; Varley Red Top 30, Varley Red Top 40, Varley Red top 25, Varley Red top 20 and all other batteries in the range. The 8Amp Varley Red Top charger operates in three modes; 8Amps for fast charging; 2.7Amps for standard charging and 650mA for maintenance.

sounds like waffle to me, but a red battery looks cool!

I got a Lexus IS220d battery on my last one, the sheer size of it makes it equally as cool.

I though it would look good in a black fto, I don't know if they are any better than a standard battery.

How many amps would a fto need :?:
