Sorry guys im going to have to pull out of this! my clutched is fecked and i was going to order a new one next week but with the purchase of the turbo kit its comming with an uprated clutch so im goin to hold off untill then

Dan, I'm really surprised you've pulled out considering all of the money you've been spending to increase performance and reduce weight i.e. setting the car up for events just like this. Less talk and more action is whats needed!

Surely the seller can send the clutch first? was looking forward to see how mine stacked up against yours :(

hes throwing it in with the kit.

@ cj yea its what im gearing the car up for, but at the same time the choise of running a na car with a slipping clutch or holding off and getting her turbo'd

Dan, wouldn't you like to see how it performs with the mods you've got in place right now? You've a unique ECU for a start - you really should put your motor up against the relatively stock cars for comparison purposes.

Dan sorry for the lack of support here man, but come on! The thing drives doesnt it? Of course you want to see its ''TOP'' preformance but its no excuse for pulling out. Give it your best shot man, and with all the other things you've done Im beeting she'll still go well! That is providing the wheels stay on... :lol: :lol:

Get the clutch in before the turbo - the latter will take some time to set up, a clutch swap will take a few hours. If I didn't know any better, I'd swear you were making excuses!

HAHAHA buy me a clutch.... lads i cant get off the line whats the point i cant go hard less than 3k revs or upwards of 7k

as I asked twice before, why can't the guy send the uprated clutch now? then you can rag it up the strip in Limerick and show us if remapping is worth the beans.
