Did you get any info on the call back of the hoses? I've had a set since december or summat but haven't fitted them yet (cause I'm a lazy git!)

i`m not sure if you ordered these off us or somewhere else as i`ve been away, we stock the goodridge hoses and have just had new stock in and i have checked and there is no recall, we have sold many sets to the ftooc members and no reported problems

David, on the flipside, have you had any comments back on the effectiveness of braided brake lines? I installed on a GS a few years ago and I felt that the difference was negligable. I'd be interested to hear folks experience of braided lines on a GPX.

hi CJ, cant comment for the gs however i am told that when on a gr or gpx the brakes become much more efficient. The best thing would be to ask on the ftooc for a true comparison

cheers

On the subject of brakelines - I went to install mine over the weekend - and I found that a normal spanner just wouldn't cut the mustard getting the old ones off.. Can't seem to find brakeline spanners anywhere - does anybody have them lying about?
