Black 95 - May 31st East Point Business Park

Around 1pm yesterday (may 31st) there was a black FTO - 1995 - parked outside centra. Think it was a GR on standard 16" alloys.

It is only a 95 GS Tip. I head around there couple of times a week at lunch time. Are you working in the area ?

Tell you what you might be able to help me. I am looking for a part.

Part I need is the plastic trim around the gear box (tip) & cd player etc. Mine is badly cracked in several places & its doin my head in.

I called a place in Ashbourne thats mentioned on the site & he was looking for EUR 155.00. Any ideas where else I might pick one up ?

First FTO I've seen in East Point - I used to have a wine GR but sold it to Rory (steelroe) who then sold it on (at a profit no doubt ). I parked up at centra just after you guys and was in queue for sambo's right behind you. I was driving the blue golf gti. Currently working with Sun just accross from tennis courts.

Seeing the auld FTO up close reminds my why I had one - they really look the dogs even in standard trim

Anyway, as regards your query on the centre console - Dave's right, you should try Rory - he breaks FTO's and often has bits like this lying around. I've pm'd you his number.
