Not a very appropriate name for a child's character. Can visualise some big pedo bear in a supermarket, saying hello to the kids. Only it's not a bear, it's just some big fat, hairy, greasy, smelly auld fella with gin on the breath.

Have you considered having the registration block removed and blended into the bumper? I think they're ugly looking yokes that push the registration plate out like a cyst on the nose of a beautiflul woman. I had mine tucked below and it sits in at the grill, which looks much better. Still plenty of room for my cold air feed to go beside it.

I've thought about it, but it doesn't really bother me all to much.
Although I may ask the shop what they think, and see how much it would cost.
It's just that I'm pushing money as it is :?

Its a little shaving and filling. They probably wont add anything onto the cost. The guys that did mine didn't charge any extra for doing that, but then I was getting lots done. On such a nice bumper and considering the cost already for getting it and spraying it....well it would be a shame for a big white blate to be sticking out. Tuck it away...you might even avoid some toll road bills ;)

You know you can get amber bulbs that are chromed? They would look much better in the clear front repeater.

Hmm... tempting...
I may have to double check that they can legally be that far back here, and I may do that :p

Yeah, do check. As long asthe plate is a certain size and the font is legal and the plate can be seen from a certain side angle (and straight on of course) it's generally legal. I know the laws can be different in some countries in relation to this, but it's a fair rule of thumb to say that if you can read the plate from side and head on views...its legal.

Also, you have the benefit of a grill that has a bigger mouth, so the plate could be lower, which would not obscure a downward viewing angle.

They should look all right I think, once they are centred, and are on the car, you won't really notice that they are so big unless you are right up close 8)
