fto seems to be loosin power

my fto is fine when you first start drivin then after say half an hour it seems to loose power through the auto gears as low as 3000rpm... only started havin problems since fitted induction kit... so have now removed and put the old air filter back on.... still seem to have the same problem after say 20 miles of drivin . perfect when cold upto warming but then once hot engine problems start lack of power through all the gears.. does seem to be bit much oil in the auto gearbox and also in the engine... going to change with new filters. bit unsure how to drain the auto oil... any tips appreciated.
