Now to sound like a total scum bag of maffia boss but whats the story with that, if ur car is parked in private property, does the law have any right to tow it away? What about if the person who owns the property doesn't own the car? So there for they don't have the key's can the guards break a window to serch the car?

I ask because my boyfriends older brother is a no good looser who is always bringing trouble to his mothers door, which relates to the poor womans house getting raded? Which results to the guards damaging one of my cars???

Honest I'm not a total scumbag I work 6 days a week & I'm up to my eyes in debt honest!

I'm sure the guards have authority under certain circumstances to break into a car. Certain drugs legislation I believe doesn't require them a warrant to search a premises/house/car etc. I really don't know though.
