A close call...

Saturday evening on the way to work I noticed a bit of a rattle coming from my engine bay. I was late so didn't have time to check it before going in but rang my mechanic and met him after work.

He had a quick look/listen and we concluded it was definitely coming from in/around the engine...

He took it in on Monday for a better look/engine strip if needed.
Got a call that night to tell me my idler bearing was shot and cambelt was on the verge - miraculously it was still on
