tappet adjustment

Where can i get the tappets adjusted and how much will i expect to pay? i have had worse tappets in the likes of my old beemer but i just dont want to put up with it anymore, and seeing as they are adjustable it cant be too costly? Thanks peeps

Think McGon79 has a post on how to do them yourself on here somewhere. It can be a long job and mechanics wold charge nicely for it too I reckon. I always mean to go at mine someday but never got round to it. On my list though!

MIVEC Tappets are adjustable and non MIVEC (GR,GX) ones need either replacing or you can try cleaning them.
